And in the event of a service problem, our system administrators will be notified at once and they will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

In case you run a popular site or a data–intensive web app, it’s essential to have a complete backup of everything. But, setting up an auto backup system is tough. That’s why we offer you our Managed Services package – we pledge to keep a complete backup copy of your VPS plan, not only of your web sites and hosted content, but also all the custom settings that you have added. Our backup scripts run each and every week, saving all the modifications that you have made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost infinite set of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional software packages. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which entitles you to demand any of our professional tech support engineers to install any kind of software application and to fix any issue that you are having with the Virtual Private Server.

Our Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Plans.
