A: While we move your site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. Once the migration is completed, we’ll ensure that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your content is not affected before informing you that the migration is done. After that, we’ll instruct you how to move the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to modify your DNS resource records.

Q: Will my old hosting provider have to do anything?
A: Nah. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We’ll never contact your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all standard Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
